This greeting card centers on a blue-and-white alarm clock with its hands edging toward midnight 🕛, like two close friends leaning in for the last second of the year together. Around it, glossy balloons in red, yellow, orange, and green float in a loose ring, their highlights suggesting soft party lights and shared laughter. The background is a deep, near-navy tone sprinkled with tiny confetti dots and curling streamers that sweep across the scene like a gentle dance. Near the bottom, a large circular banner in bright yellow‑green sits in the foreground, grounding the layout. The words “HAPPY NEW YEAR!” are placed across that circle in high-contrast lettering that stands out clearly against the banner’s color 🎉. Smaller confetti flecks drift between the clock and balloons, adding depth and motion without crowding the main elements. The final detail is the chartreuse circle spanning the lower third, with “HAPPY NEW YEAR!” centered inside it.
