Designed with a fluffy white dog-like character at the center, this illustration shows it gazing forward with big sparkling eyes, rosy cheeks, and a wide smile that feels like it’s meant for a close friend. A bright orange party hat with colorful polka dots sits on its head, and a tiny yellow bird nestles between its ears wearing a matching mini hat, leaning in as if sharing the moment together 🥂. The background is deep teal, giving the scene a cozy nighttime party feel without being too dark. Small stars and confetti-like dots in multiple colors are sprinkled across the space, adding motion and celebration 🎆. Curled orange streamers sweep through the design in loose arcs, framing the characters and drawing your eye back to their happy expressions. New Year text appears near the top in light-colored lettering that stands out against the teal, with smaller accent words tucked beneath in a warm contrasting shade. Around them, multicolored stars, dotted confetti, and looping orange streamers float across the teal backdrop.
