This design shows two spotted, human-like canines standing side by side on a pale blue background, dressed in formal red uniforms that hint at a close bond between them 🎉. One is taller and holds a paw up in a neat salute, while the smaller companion leans slightly inward with a downturned mouth, as if seeking reassurance from the steadier figure. Their red tunics feature shiny gold buttons, thin black edging, and bright white waist belts that add structure to the scene. Tall, textured black hats sit squarely on their heads, framing their dot-patterned faces and giving the pair a ceremonial look. The limited colors keep the focus on their expressions, where the taller one’s calm gaze contrasts with the smaller one’s reluctant, tender mood. Birthday text sits near the top in a dark, easy-to-read color, with a shorter line near the bottom in matching tones, leaving plenty of open space around the characters 🎁. Fine black outlines and minimal shading define the uniforms, buttons, and belts against the smooth blue field. The gold buttons form a straight vertical row down each red tunic beneath the tall black hats.
