This design shows a large, stylized flower centered like a dandelion at full bloom, with an orange core sending fine lines outward as if reaching toward someone close. The background is a soft creamy tone, letting the airy filaments and scattered confetti-like dots feel like a shared laugh between friends 🎉. Those dots spread in warm reds, pinks, and yellows with a few cool blues mixed in, creating a light, floating motion across the top half. On the right side, a short birthday greeting appears in dark indigo lettering, set in a flowing handwritten look and aligned to the middle-right area. Along the bottom edge, a row of small plants and blossoms in gentle azure, peach, and coral forms a garden strip that feels like a quiet place to celebrate together 🎂. Near that garden line, a small red insect with dark spots sits as a tiny accent, adding a curious pause in the scene. Above the flower, a few small starburst shapes and round dots drift across the upper area in matching soft tones.
