This card features a white cat-like character with closed, calm eyes and fine whiskers, giving it a tender, affectionate look as if it’s quietly sharing the moment with someone nearby. On its head sits a tall cone-shaped party hat with rainbow stripes, adding a cheerful 🎉 touch without overwhelming the simple layout. Around the character, heart-shaped confetti in reds, purples, oranges, and soft teal floats at different sizes, like little notes of friendship drifting through the air. Near the top edge, two curved strands of small triangular bunting stretch across in mixed bright colors, creating a festive canopy above the scene. Centered below the character, a flowing birthday message appears in warm red lettering with a faint shadow to help it stand out. The background remains plain white, and the shapes look slightly layered with gentle shading, like cut paper set on top of the page. A small 🎂 theme comes through in the mix of hearts, bunting, and the party hat, keeping the mood sweet and close. Soft shadows sit beneath the hat, bunting, and confetti, making each piece look lightly raised from the white surface.
