This greeting card features five round balloon-like shapes floating upward on a calm aqua-blue background, like friends rising together toward a shared celebration 🎉. The balloons come in bright lime green, warm orange, and deep red, and their close grouping suggests a cozy togetherness. Each one has white decorative markings—polka dots, short dashes, and zigzag chevrons—that feel like little matching outfits chosen with care. A thin white outline traces each balloon and continues down to a fine black string, giving the shapes a crisp cutout look against the blue. Centered below the balloons, the words “Happy birthday” appear in white, set in a simple sans-serif style with a soft shadow that makes the letters look slightly raised. The text sits neatly in the lower middle area, leaving plenty of open space above for the balloons to “lift” the scene, like a small gift of attention 🎁. The balloons have a gentle glossy shine, and their black strings hang straight down beneath each outlined shape.
