This design shows tall, white, three-dimensional letters spelling “HAPPY NEW YEAR!” stacked vertically down the left side, standing out against wide horizontal stripes of color. The striped background shifts from warm fuchsia and orange near the outer areas into teal and green toward the middle, with visible brushy texture that gives it a lively, painted look. On the right side, two slim champagne flutes hold golden, bubbly liquid, angled close together like a quiet toast between friends 🥂. Small starburst and flower-like doodles are sprinkled across the stripes, adding little sparks of celebration 🎆. Confetti-style dots in different sizes and bright tones drift around the text and glasses, filling empty spaces with motion. The lettering stays crisp and white while the surrounding colors do the heavy lifting, making the message easy to read at a glance. Near the glasses, the golden drink catches light with tiny bubble details, and the delicate stems sit neatly against the striped backdrop.
