This design shows a cool blue frozen treat on a stick, drawn like a friendly character with wide eyes, a rosy blush, and a small smile showing one tooth, as if it’s sharing a sweet moment with the viewer 🥂. A red-and-white striped party hat sits on top, tilted slightly to one side, adding a flirty, celebratory touch. The background is a rich coral red with scattered circular shapes that feel like confetti drifting around the character 🎉. Centered near the bottom, a light blue banner stretches across the card, giving the layout a gentle, welcoming balance. The greeting text sits on the banner in a darker contrasting color, easy to spot at a glance. The banner has a few drawn folds and edges that make it look like it’s softly curling forward, like a ribbon offered to a close friend. The coral backdrop includes small round motifs in slightly different tones, spaced loosely behind the character and banner.
