This design shows a plush-like creature with soft, rounded shapes centered on a pale background, wearing a striped party hat topped with a small golden star 🎆. Its rosy cheeks and gentle smile give it a tender, friendly look, and a neatly tied pink bow at the neck adds a sweet touch. The creature lifts a lavender banner across the middle, where the New Year message sits in clear, darker lettering for easy reading. Around it, long curling streamers in multiple colors sweep outward, as if drifting through the air after a toast 🥂. Small hearts in several hues scatter across the space, hinting at closeness and shared celebration without crowding the scene. Soft shading and subtle highlights make the character and decorations look lightly textured and cozy. The party hat has bright stripes, and the tiny star at the top is colored warm gold.
