This design shows a high-angle view of a cheerful woman set against a bright yellow background, caught in a party moment that feels shared with the viewer. Her face is framed by golden curls, and her wide blue eyes shine behind white-framed glasses as if she’s locking eyes with a close friend. She wears a yellow party cone hat and a matching yellow outfit, and her red lipstick and big open smile make the scene feel warm and inviting. White gloves cover her hands as she lifts a sparkling, starburst-like party wand, like she’s about to cue the celebration 🎉. Near the top, a rounded speech bubble holds a Happy New Year message in dark lettering that stands out clearly on the yellow field. The composition keeps everything tight and close, giving it the intimacy of being right there with her at midnight 🕛. The speech bubble sits above her raised hand, and the starburst tips glint in pale highlights against the flat yellow backdrop.
