This design shows a festive scene with six floating balloons clustered near the top, painted in soft watercolor tones of deep red, purple, teal, orange, pink, and rich blue, setting a friendly, celebratory mood 🎉. Their gentle upward pull and slight overlap feel like a group of close friends leaning in for a photo. Below them sits a bright white rectangular panel with a lightly worn-looking border, creating a neat focal area against the airy aqua background. Centered on that panel, the words “Happy New Year” appear in flowing dark lettering that stands out clearly. Around the panel, small confetti dots and curling ribbon shapes in red, blue, and green scatter outward, like a shared toast mid-laugh 🥂. The ribbons curve and loop as if caught in a breeze, adding motion without crowding the layout. The aqua wash behind everything stays soft and even, letting the jewel-toned balloons and confetti carry the color. Tiny confetti specks frame the edges while the balloon strings trail downward toward the white panel.
