This design shows a comic-style New Year scene with a big speech bubble taking center stage, like an excited announcement shared between close friends. The speech bubble has a thick black outline with light gray shading that gives it a slightly raised look, and it holds the words “HAPPY NEW YEAR!” in clear, dark lettering with an exclamation point 🕛. Behind it, red and white rays spread outward from an unseen point, creating a lively burst that feels like the moment right before a toast 🥂. Small golden dots are sprinkled across the rays and around the bubble’s edge, like confetti drifting through the air. Tiny yellow starburst shapes pop up here and there, adding a sparkling accent without crowding the layout. The text sits centered inside the bubble, while the decorative dots and starbursts cluster most noticeably near the border for extra emphasis. Alternating bright red stripes and crisp white stripes radiate across the entire background behind the speech bubble.
