This design shows an illuminated winter figure in the foreground, shaped like a classic snow person and glowing against a deep, dark night sky. Thousands of tiny lights form cool whites and bright blues across its body, while a warm red scarf and a red band around a tall blue top hat add a cozy touch. Small orange-lit facial features give it a friendly expression, as if it’s smiling toward someone just out of frame like a familiar companion. A blue “jacket” section wraps its middle, dotted with round glowing “buttons” that look like little points of connection. One raised arm holds a slim, sparkling staff, as though it’s inviting you to step closer for a shared 🎆 moment. Near the top, a short New Year greeting appears in light-colored lettering, centered and easy to spot against the darker background. Behind the figure, soft golden streetlights blur into bokeh with a few indistinct silhouettes that suggest people strolling together along a festive walkway.
