Designed with a festive, painterly look, this card captures a New Year celebration with color and sparkle 🎆. Across the center, large white text reads “HAPPY NEW YEAR!” in all caps, standing out clearly against the background. Behind the words, wide horizontal brushy bands sweep across the card in fuchsia, teal, lime green, and warm orange, creating a lively setting. In the lower right corner, two slender champagne flutes tilt slightly toward each other as if sharing a toast between close friends 🥂. The glasses are filled with golden, bubbly liquid, and tiny bubbles rise toward the rim like a quiet, shared laugh. Scattered gold dots and small starburst shapes spread around the design, adding a soft shimmer that echoes confetti in the air. A few curling gold swirls arc between the bands and the flutes, guiding the eye back toward the center text. The gold starbursts and dots cluster most densely near the lower right, surrounding the clinking flutes with a gentle sparkle.
