This design shows a sleek, dark-furred cat wearing a lime-green party hat, its golden eyes lifted with a tender, curious look as if sharing a small New Year moment with someone nearby 🕛. Set against a bright white background, the cat raises one paw to lightly hold the string of a floating blue balloon, creating a gentle, affectionate sense of connection. The balloon hovers just above the paw, adding a quiet sense of closeness to the scene. A shower of confetti in pink, orange, purple, and blue drifts down around the cat, suggesting a friendly celebration 🎉. The lighting is crisp and highlights the glossy texture of the fur and the smooth shine of the balloon. “Happy New Year” appears near the top in dark lettering, with smaller greeting text placed near the bottom in a matching tone. The confetti pieces scatter across the white surface beneath the cat, with a few bright strands crossing in front of the balloon.
