This design shows a cheerful blonde woman laughing with bright energy, her wide blue eyes framed by thick white-rimmed glasses and a sunny yellow cone party hat. She wears gloves and lifts a glittery gold star-shaped decoration as if sharing a celebratory toast with a close friend 🥂. The warm expression and open smile suggest a welcoming, friendly connection, like she’s inviting someone into the moment. The greeting “HAPPY NEW YEAR!” appears above her inside a speech bubble, set in chunky comic-style lettering that stands out clearly. The text is dark against the light bubble, making it easy to read at a glance 🎉. Behind her, the background is a rich yellow field with small dotted accents that add texture without distracting from the figure. A golden sparkle effect around the star-like decoration adds extra shine, and the dotted yellow backdrop fills the entire scene.
