This design shows the lower half of a costumed figure in a flowing black skirt sprinkled with bright orange polka dots, set against a light, neutral background. Below the hem, slim legs wear orange-and-black horizontal striped stockings that feel like a fun match for a close friend’s coordinated costume 🎃. One foot steps forward in a pointed black heeled boot, detailed with orange laces tied into a tidy bow, giving the pose a flirty, going-out-together energy. In the upper right area, a delicate spiderweb stretches outward with a small spider hanging near its center 🕸️. A short Halloween greeting sits prominently near the top, printed in warm orange letters that stand out clearly. The layout leaves open space around the figure so the outfit and web detail feel balanced rather than crowded. The orange dots on the skirt vary in size, and the web lines are thin and airy in the corner.
