This design shows the lower half of a costumed figure posed as if stepping closer to a friend, with orange-and-black striped stockings leading down to a pointed high heel tied with bright orange laces. A dark, scalloped skirt sprinkled with orange dots hangs above the knees, giving the outfit a flirty, dress-up feel without showing the character’s face. The background stays bright white so the orange and black details stand out sharply. On the right side, an orange spiderweb stretches outward with a tiny dark spider hanging near the strands 🕸️. Also on the right, the phrase “HAPPY HALLOWEEN” appears in large, uppercase orange letters arranged in a neat vertical stack. The spacing leaves plenty of open white area, making the figure and web feel like they’re sharing the page in a friendly, close-in composition 🎃. Thin black outlines define the skirt edge, the shoe shape, and the web strands, while the orange accents repeat across the dots, laces, lettering, and web.
