This card features a classic white-bearded holiday gift-giver in a red coat with white trim, shown from the chest up as he leans forward with both hands resting on a silvery metal rail. His half-lidded eyes and slightly flushed cheeks suggest he’s been through a lot, yet his softened gaze feels like a tired friend sharing a knowing look 🎅. The background is light and uncluttered, letting the red outfit and green accents stand out without looking busy. Across the top, the message “it’s been a TOUGH YEAR!” appears in mixed green and black lettering, with “TOUGH YEAR!” set larger for emphasis. The spacing leaves the figure plenty of room beneath the words, as if the text is hovering over his head like a candid thought. Small details in the white fur trim and the shine on the rail add a gentle sense of closeness, like someone pausing mid-season to lean in and listen ❄️. The red hat with a white pom sits slightly to one side above his weary expression, and the metallic bar runs horizontally across the lower portion of the design.
