This greeting card shows a familiar winter gift-giver centered on the front, wearing a red coat with white trim, a fluffy red hat, and a full white beard, with a tired gaze that softens his face like he’s been through a long season 🎅. His eyelids droop and a faint pink around his eyes, along with a rosy nose and downturned mouth, gives him a worn, tender look that feels relatable rather than jolly. He leans forward as if seeking comfort, resting against a row of dark gray vertical bars that add a sense of pressure and confinement. The contrast between the deep gray bars and his bright red outfit makes his fatigue stand out even more, like a quiet moment caught between busy celebrations. Near the top, the text reads “it’s been a TOUGH YEAR!” with “it’s been a” in smaller lettering and “TOUGH YEAR” in larger, darker green letters for emphasis. The words sit above his head, spaced wide so the message feels like it’s hanging in the air, leaving the figure alone beneath it. The overall look uses flat, simple color areas and clear outlines, with a touch of dry humor that feels like a friend’s knowing glance ❄️. The background stays plain while the dark vertical bars run straight up and down behind his shoulder and hat.
