This card shows a golden-yellow fish-like creature centered on a creamy off-white background, outlined with thin black lines and dotted with small speckles. A tiny cone party hat sits on its head at a slight angle, giving it a friendly, ready-to-celebrate look 🎉. Two balloons float just above its back—one soft amber and one light lavender—each tied with a fine string that hangs downward. The character’s wide eyes and slightly open mouth read like a sweet, bashful surprise, as if it’s sharing the moment with someone close. Below the illustration, a short birthday phrase is placed near the bottom in a simple, easy-to-read font, printed in dark lettering for clear contrast 🎁. The open space around the figure keeps the scene calm and intimate, like a small celebration meant for two. Soft lighting and pastel tones keep the edges gentle, with the amber and lavender balloons hovering above the golden figure.
