This card shows a digital illustration of an older woman getting ready for exercise against a bright white background, with a light, friendly energy 🎉. She has a voluminous gray bun, round glasses with cyan-tinted lenses, and large hoop earrings that add a bit of flair. Wearing a purple tracksuit, she bends over a sturdy green slatted bench to tie the laces on her bright blue sneakers, her focused face softened by a knowing, companionable look. The layout places the figure on the left while a big message sits on the right in dark, all-capital lettering: “THEY SAY A BRISK WALK IS A GREAT WAY TO STAY YOUNG AND HEALTHY!” The text is arranged in stacked lines, leaving generous white space around it so the words feel easy to read at a glance. A thin strip of green grass runs along the bottom edge, hinting at an outdoor path where a friend might stroll alongside her 🎁. The bench appears in simple green slats with a narrow band of grass beneath it.
