This card features a friendly, human-like green amphibian perched on the upper right edge of a large rounded rectangle, smiling wide with rosy cheeks and lifting one hand in a welcoming wave 🎉. The character wears a white-and-aqua striped top with dark blue bottoms, giving it a breezy, seaside look. Its open posture and bright expression feel like a warm friend leaning in to celebrate with you. Center stage is a big, soft-cornered rectangle in a pale blue-green shade that holds the main message. The greeting text sits prominently across the middle in smooth, flowing lettering, shown in a darker teal-blue for contrast. Behind it all, an off-white background is sprinkled with scattered dots in teal, deep blue, and olive, plus a few tiny star-like shapes that add sparkle 🎁. The amphibian’s waving arm overlaps the rectangle slightly, and the dots cluster loosely around the edges while the center stays open for the words.
