This greeting card features a single heart-shaped balloon painted in soft watercolor washes, floating against a bright white background like a quiet little celebration 🎉. The heart blends pale pink into deeper red, with gentle highlights that make it look slightly glossy, as if it’s catching light during a sweet moment shared between close friends. Centered inside the heart is a flowing line of text that reads “Happy Birthday,” set in a darker red that stands out while still matching the balloon. Just below the heart, a neatly tied ribbon bow pinches the shape, adding a tender, gift-like touch 🎁. A thin string trails down from the bow in a loose curve, leaving lots of open space around it for a calm, airy look. The watercolor texture shows soft brush edges and light shading, giving the balloon a rounded, floating feel without any busy background. The heart balloon sits near the top center of the card, with the red lettering in the middle and the ribbon and string drifting downward into the blank white space.
