This design shows a stylized child’s face at the top of a rainbow arch, wearing a striped party hat with a red pom‑pom and a soft, content expression. Two slim, branch-like arms extend from the rainbow and gently hold a frosted cupcake 🎂, as if offering it with the kind of care you’d see between close friends. Four small candles stand on the frosting, their tiny flames glowing against the cooler background. The sky is a muted blue with a light texture, dotted with wispy white clouds and fine rain lines drifting downward. Instead of plain raindrops, large teardrop shapes in red, orange, yellow, green, and blue fall like colorful confetti 🎉, repeating the rainbow’s bands. Along the bottom, a green, textured ground supports a row of small houses in bright colors with peaked roofs, tucked neatly at the base of the rainbow. The greeting text sits near the upper area in a warm, contrasting color, balanced so it doesn’t crowd the face or the cupcake.
