This card shows a cute cartoon reptile in warm orange and yellow tones sitting near the center on a white background, its round eyes and faint blush giving it a sweet, friendly look. A striped party hat with a small pom-pom rests on its head, adding a light party mood 🎉. In one tiny hand, it holds three shiny balloons in rose and coral shades, with thin strings gathered together as if they were offered by a close friend. Small stars and dots sprinkled around the figure add gentle movement, like confetti floating in the air. The coloring looks softly brushed, with smooth edges that make the scene feel tender and affectionate. Near the bottom, the words “BIRTHDAY GIRL” appear in large hand-drawn letters, set in bright pink and centered under the illustration 🎂. The balloons sit slightly to one side of the character, and the scattered stars and dots frame the space above and around it.
