This card features glossy blue “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” text centered near the top, set against a bright turquoise background with radiating light rays that feel like a friendly cheer 🎉. Around the lettering, clusters of shiny balloons in fuchsia, tangerine, sky blue, and lime green float close together, as if leaning in like good friends. Curly chartreuse streamers loop and swirl between them, adding motion that suggests laughter carried through the air. Small amber stars are scattered across the scene, twinkling like little nods shared across a party room. In the lower left corner sits a multi-tier chocolate cake with dripping frosting, dotted with pink and blue candy spheres and topped by three striped candles 🎂. On the lower right, a striped gift box in pale blue, yellow, and hot pink rests at an angle, tied with a large fuchsia bow. The rays fan outward behind the balloons, while the cake’s glossy frosting catches highlights along its edges.
