Designed with a glowing, party-ready look, this card centers on a chunky, three-dimensional birthday message in deep blue with a shiny metallic sheen 🎉. The letters sit squarely in the middle and catch the light with gentle highlights, while their shadows fall neatly onto the bright background for extra depth. Around the message, two parallel border lines form a frame, built from thin neon-like strokes and outlined stars that feel like they’re winking at each other in friendly celebration. The stars alternate in orange, green, pink, and light blue, creating a lively rhythm that guides your eye around the edges like a shared glance between close friends. The birthday text is the main focus and appears in the center, while the surrounding shapes keep the layout balanced and energetic without crowding it. Behind everything, the background shifts from darker blue near the edges toward a lighter turquoise glow near the center, like a night sky lit up for a birthday 🎂. The frame is filled with evenly spaced star outlines and bright linear accents that look like neon tubing against the blue gradient.
