This design shows “Happy Birthday” set on the left in large, glossy red letters, with the words stacked so they feel front-and-center like a sweet treat 🎂. To the right, two heart-shaped balloons float close together, as if leaning toward each other in a friendly, affectionate way. The top balloon is a plump red heart, and beneath it sits a slightly smaller lime-green heart, both catching soft highlights that make them look smooth and shiny. Thin, curling strings trail down from the balloons, adding a gentle sense of motion across the creamy, lightly textured off-white background. Small red hearts are sprinkled around the scene, guiding your eye from the lettering toward the balloons like little signs of closeness. Along the lower edge, a wavy red ribbon line runs across the card, tying the scattered hearts into one flowing path 🎉. The red hearts cluster more densely near the right side, just above the ribbon line.
