This Birthday card features one large crimson heart centered on a pale, airy background, with smaller hearts drifting around it like confetti at a party 🎉. The main heart looks glossy and rounded, with soft highlights that make it feel almost like a sweet treat. The scattered hearts vary in size and spacing, creating a light, floating rhythm that suggests closeness and shared celebration. A gentle glow and smooth shadowing give the shapes depth, as if they’re hovering just above the surface. Across the middle of the big heart, the words “Happy Birthday” are placed in white, flowing lettering that stands out clearly against the red. The overall arrangement feels affectionate, like a warm embrace between close friends, with the smaller hearts leaning inward toward the center 🎂. The background stays light and uncluttered, while the hearts show subtle reflections and gradients along their curved edges.
