This design shows a sweet underwater birthday scene with a round, pink amphibian-like creature resting on a sandy ocean floor, its frilly gill details and tiny tail adding a gentle, friendly look. A purple party hat with small white dots sits on its head, and its wide shiny eyes and blushing cheeks pair with a soft smile that feels like it’s meant for someone special 🎉. In one little hand, it offers a small slice of cake with pink frosting, scattered sprinkles, and a single candle glowing warmly 🎂. Near the top, a puffy pink speech bubble holds the greeting text in white, floating above the character like a spoken note. The water behind it is a light aqua gradient filled with rising bubbles that lead your eye toward the brighter surface. Near that upper area, three small golden fish drift close together, as if keeping each other company. Around the bottom and sides, stylized coral in coral, lavender, and deep pink shades frames the scene. The candle’s tiny flame reflects softly on the frosting, while the dotted hat tilts slightly to the right.
