This greeting card features the words “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” centered in thick green lettering on a soft cream background 🎉. Around the message, winding green branches and leafy sprigs form a cozy frame, like a shared walk through a garden. Two stylized orange birds with dark markings perch close together on the branches, angled toward one another with a tender, companionable look. Small orange winged insects drift between simple blossoms and clustered foliage, adding movement without crowding the scene. Near the bottom, a red-capped mushroom with white spots rises from layered green leaves, giving the layout a storybook garden feel 🎂. Tiny scattered dots float across the background like light pollen, filling open spaces and tying the colors together. The top line of text sits slightly above the midpoint, with the illustrated elements curving around it in a loose oval frame. The lower edge is anchored by the mushroom and deep green leaves, while the orange birds and insects repeat across the middle in warm bursts of color.
