This card features a glowing “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” message centered on a deep black background, like a neon sign at a late-night celebration 🎉. “HAPPY” sits on the top line in thick, luminous letters that fade from electric blue into soft pink, and “BIRTHDAY” below it shifts through hot pink, orange, and golden yellow. The lettering has a slight 3D look with a bright outline that makes each character shine against the dark setting. Above the words, a single glossy red balloon floats with a gentle highlight, and its thin golden string curls downward as if reaching toward the message in a sweet, friendly gesture 🎂. Around the lower edges and corners, rounded jelly-like shapes in azure, coral, fuchsia, and mustard cluster like soft candy drops, adding a cozy party feel. Tiny shimmering spheres are sprinkled nearby, giving the scene a light, sparkling texture. A bright pink flare glows from the upper left, casting a rosy streak across the black backdrop.
