This design shows six round balloon shapes gathered in the center, each in a different bright color like blue, yellow, red, green, and purple, with small white polka dots that add a light, cheerful touch 🎉. Thin black strings trail down from each balloon and meet just below the middle in a neat red bow, like a little gift-tie moment 🎁. Behind them sits a large heart shape painted in soft rose and blush tones, with a watery texture that gently fades into the white background. The heart’s hazy edges and the clustered balloons create a cozy, close-together look, like friends leaning in for a photo. Near the top, a short birthday greeting is printed in red lettering and centered above the balloons. The red text echoes the bow, tying the upper and lower parts of the layout together. Fine details show crisp balloon outlines against the softer, washed heart, with the white polka dots sprinkled evenly across each colored circle. The background remains mostly white, with the pink heart sitting behind the balloons and the red greeting placed above them.
