This design shows a multi-tier cake on an ornate deep blue stand, setting a party scene that feels close and affectionate 🎂. The layers are striped in warm orange and golden tones, and glossy crimson icing drips down the sides like a sweet shared treat. Slender red candles rise from the tiers, each topped with a golden-yellow flame that adds a cozy glow. Near the top, the words “Be Happy!” and “Love You.” appear in bold red lettering, floating above the cake like a note passed between friends. The background stays bright white, sprinkled with confetti-like circles in red, yellow, and blue for extra celebration 🎉. Around the edges, a wavy deep blue border frames everything, dotted with the same cheerful colors. The whole illustration has a soft, watercolor-like texture, with gentle shading that makes the icing and flames look slightly luminous. The deep blue border undulates around the white field, punctuated by small red, yellow, and blue dots.
