This design shows a rounded green amphibian centered on a white background, with an emerald body, a lighter yellow-green belly, and matching feet that feel soft and friendly. Its big eyes with dark pupils and a wide smile are warmed by rosy cheek circles, giving it the kind of sweet, affectionate look you’d share with a close friend. Short, stubby arms and legs lift upward as if it’s reaching out for a celebratory hug 🎉. Above the character, the words “HAPPY BIRTHDAY!” curve in emerald green, set in rounded, simple lettering. Small starburst shapes and asterisk-like sparkles scatter around the text and figure, adding motion without crowding the space. The accents appear in soft gold, muted teal, and gentle red-orange, like confetti drifting down during a party 🎂. Several tiny sparkles sit near the top corners while others float beside the raised hands.
