This design shows three stylized balloons floating upward like close friends leaning in together for a shared celebration 🎉. One balloon is a calm teal, another is warm amber with stripes, and the third is a rosy pink, each with a touch of shading that gives them gentle dimension. Across the middle sits a deep blue banner that ties the scene together like an embracing ribbon. The message “HAPPY Birthday to YOU” is centered on the banner, with “HAPPY” in bright multicolored letters filled with tiny dots and lines, while “Birthday to YOU” appears in mixed lettering with dotted details. Behind everything, a creamy background is sprinkled with confetti stars, looping squiggles, and small round dots that drift around the balloons like flirty glances at a party 🎂. Coral, teal, and gold confetti pieces are scattered unevenly, adding motion without crowding the main elements. The banner’s letters include patterned fills that echo the confetti shapes, and the three balloon strings trail downward beneath the blue strip.
