This greeting card features a scalloped, creamy off-white frame centered on the front, holding a cheerful birthday message in teal lettering. Above it floats a cluster of pastel balloons in lavender, sky blue, mint green, and soft peach, each dotted with small white spots that add a sweet, friendly charm 🎉. The balloon strings hang lightly toward the frame, like they’re leaning in close for a shared celebration. Behind everything, a steady light-blue background is sprinkled with tiny confetti hearts and small round dots, creating a gentle romantic touch without crowding the scene. In the lower right, a layered slice of dessert sits on a pale mint-green plate, with dark brown cake and creamy filling stacked neatly like a treat meant to be shared 🎂. The top is finished with smooth frosting, including a blue rosette and soft, flowing vanilla swirls. The overall lighting looks diffused and glossy, with subtle highlights on the balloons and a soft sheen on the frosting. The confetti pieces appear as scattered little hearts and discs across the light-blue backdrop.
