This design shows a festive greeting in white lettering centered on a smooth blue-to-teal gradient background, shifting from lighter blue near the middle to deeper teal around the edges. The main words sit large and easy to read, with a soft shadow that helps them stand out from the color wash. Around the message, white stars of different sizes create a friendly, togetherness feel, like little companions gathering close for a shared moment 🎉. Some stars are solid while others have dotted interiors, adding a gentle texture that keeps the border area lively without feeling busy. Curving streamers and small musical notes drift along the sides, suggesting a light, upbeat rhythm as if two friends are swaying in sync. Tiny white speckles scattered across the background resemble confetti caught midair, adding a party sparkle 🎂. The darker outer teal shows a faint grainy texture, while the stars and accents keep crisp white outlines near the edges.
