Designed with a classic bright red utility vehicle in side view, the scene shows it heading to the right like it’s on a sweet delivery run. From the open bed rises a tall stack of oversized heart shapes, arranged like a floating bouquet that suggests a caring friend riding along in spirit 🎉. The hearts come in magenta, golden yellow, deep purple, orange, and teal, each with gentle stripes or cross‑hatching that makes them look soft and cozy. Behind everything is a pale lavender wash with light watercolor strokes around the edges, keeping the setting airy and calm. On the right side, the message “Special delivery of birthday wishes for you” appears in dark lettering, set in a flowing cursive style that leans into the romantic, letter-like feel 🎂. The sturdy truck and the pillowy hearts create a tender contrast, like steady support carrying affectionate thoughts. A soft, even light brings out the red paint on the vehicle and the textured patterns on each heart, with the hearts rising highest near the upper right against the lavender background.
