This design shows a gentle underwater birthday scene with a friendly octopus-like creature in soft brown tones, its eight tentacles spread in a relaxed, balanced pose near the lower middle of the tall layout. A small cone party hat sits on its head, striped in purple and white and topped with a tiny star shape, adding a light celebratory touch 🎉. The creature’s eyes are closed with a slight smile, and faint pink cheek blush suggests a shy, affectionate mood, like it’s sharing a quiet moment with someone close. Behind it, the water fades through turquoise and aqua shades, giving a calm sense of depth while keeping the scene bright. Dozens of pale, see-through bubbles drift upward, making the space feel airy and full of motion. Across the upper area, a large dark-blue greeting is centered and easy to spot, with the letters flowing smoothly against the lighter background 🎂. Along the bottom edges, deep purple and magenta sea plants form loose, rounded shapes that frame the character and contrast with the blue water.
