This card shows a warm brown, cartoon-style dog character with floppy ears and rosy cheeks, grinning wide as it rides a teal scooter across a white background 🎉. A snug teal helmet sits on its head, and a blue-striped scarf streams behind, like it’s rushing to meet a friend who’s been waiting. Three balloons—pink, green, and yellow—are tied to the scooter and float upward, adding a festive lift as the dog leans forward with eager energy 🎂. Near the back wheel, a small curl of gray exhaust trails behind, suggesting motion without cluttering the open space. Across the top, the message is set in chunky, upbeat lettering, with “BEEP, BEEP, BEEP,” followed by “birthday wishes COMING Through,” arranged in two lines. The text appears in dark tones for strong contrast, with the emphasized words in uppercase to mimic the sound of a cheerful delivery. The scooter’s rounded shapes, the scarf’s flowing stripes, and the bright balloons stand out sharply against the plain white backdrop.
