Designed with a dark, nearly black backdrop, the card features glowing tube-style lettering that feels like a late-night sign made for a shared celebration 🎉. The message is arranged in two lines, with the top line set larger and the lower line tucked beneath it for balance. The upper words shift in color from hot pink through warm orange into sunny yellow, like light spilling across the surface. The lower words run through electric blue into fresh green, finishing with a golden glow that adds a small touch of romance, like two tones meeting and lingering. A soft halo of colored light surrounds each letter, giving the wall behind it a gentle, intimate glow. Small clips, mounting points, and thin power cords are visible near the edges, adding a real-world detail that makes the shine feel close and human 🎂. The lettering sits centered on the dark background, with the top line brighter and warmer and the bottom line cooler, both outlined by luminous tubes.
