Designed with a tall, cone-shaped party hat in bright lime green, the scene sets a cheerful Birthday moment 🎉. Dark round spots scatter across the hat like confetti, adding texture and a lighthearted touch. Across the front of the hat, the words “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” appear in white, centered and easy to read. Behind it, curling ribbons in orange, blue, pink, and deep purple sweep outward, mingling like friends linking arms in a lively spin. Small round confetti pieces float around the ribbons, creating a sense of shared laughter and closeness in the air. At the tip of the hat sits a fanned black-and-white topper that looks like a little burst of applause. Bright light highlights the hat’s glossy color while a faint cool shadow settles underneath. The background stays simple as the ribbons and confetti radiate outward from behind the hat 🎂.
