This greeting card features five glossy balloon shapes floating together like close friends leaning in for a group photo, creating a cozy, celebratory mood 🎉. Each balloon has a softly glowing look and comes in a different color—green, red, teal, deep blue, and warm yellow—so the cluster feels lively without being busy. Small polka dots in many colors scatter across the balloons, like confetti shared between them in a light, affectionate way. The background is white, letting the colors and dots stand out while keeping the scene airy. Thin black strings hang down from the balloons and gather beneath them, giving the arrangement a gentle upward lift. Beneath the balloons, the words “happy birthday” appear in a casual, handwritten-style look, with “TO YOU!” set just below in darker, heavier lettering for emphasis 🎂. The dots vary in size and spacing across each balloon, and the highlights on the rounded surfaces make them look slightly translucent and shiny.
