This greeting card opens on a calm stretch of reflective water with large 3D letters spelling “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” placed low across the center, like they’re floating just above the surface 🎉. The lettering looks like polished metal, catching cool sky-blue tones and soft highlights along each edge. Above the message, a clear blue sky holds a few gentle, pale clouds that keep the scene airy and open. A cluster of round balloons rises upward in red, white, yellow, green, and purple, some crisp in the foreground and others fading slightly as they drift back. The upward lift of the balloons adds a friendly, togetherness feel, like a shared moment between close friends watching them climb. The words remain the main focus, with the shiny letters standing out against the smooth water and open sky 🎂. Beneath the text, the water shows a mirrored reflection of “HAPPY BIRTHDAY,” softly warped by small ripples and glints of light.
