This greeting card features three shiny balloons floating together like close friends leaning in for a photo 🎉. A large blue balloon sits in the upper left with “happy birthday” written across it in small white letters. Next to it, a deep red balloon brings warmth, and a smaller yellow balloon rests slightly below, making the trio feel connected and affectionate through their tight spacing. Each balloon has bright highlights and dark outlines that make the surfaces look glossy and rounded. Behind them is a grid of wide rectangles in strong colors like yellow, orange, purple, red, green, and teal, arranged like a patchwork wall. Thin curling strings trail downward and cast long shadows across the colored rectangles, adding a gentle sense of movement as if the balloons are drifting together 🎁. Small golden starburst shapes are scattered between the rectangles, like tiny sparks against the patterned background.
