This design shows three simplified cat silhouettes layered closely together, their overlapping shapes suggesting a cozy, friendly closeness as they face the same direction. A bright green cat sits partly hidden on the left, a sunny yellow cat takes the middle, and a deep magenta cat stands in front on the right, creating a clear sense of order and depth. The cats are set inside a rounded rectangle outlined in magenta, which frames a deep blue interior background. Around that, a wide yellow border surrounds the whole image, making the center feel like a spotlighted scene 🎉. The overall look relies on strong, solid color areas with sharp edges and no shading, giving it a punchy, retro poster feel. Birthday text can be placed near the top inside the blue area in white for contrast, with a smaller line near the bottom in magenta to tie into the frame 🎂. The magenta outline has smoothly rounded corners, and the yellow border reads as a thick band that wraps evenly around all sides.
