This greeting card features three glossy, floating round balloons against a bright white background, arranged like close friends leaning in for a photo 🎉. A rich red balloon sits highest, catching soft light with a shiny highlight and gentle shadowing. Just below it, a golden-yellow balloon and a cool turquoise balloon hover nearby, their thin dark strings trailing downward as if lifted by a light breeze. Beneath the balloons, the words “Happy Birthday” sit centered, with “Happy” in deep purple and “Birthday” in mixed colors across the letters, including red, teal, and gold 🎂. Small heart shapes in matching reds, yellows, and blues drift around the balloons and lettering, like little signals of affection circling the celebration. The spacing keeps everything airy and open, letting the bright colors stand out without crowding the scene. Several tiny hearts appear near the lower right and upper left, echoing the balloon colors with simple, rounded shapes.
