This design shows a two-tier cake in warm golden tones, topped with pink scalloped frosting, tiny red heart accents, and a scatter of small rectangular sprinkles 🎂. Three striped candles stand upright on the top layer, each with a small glowing flame that leans slightly as if caught in a gentle breeze. Above the cake, a red banner stretches across the upper area with a cheerful birthday message in thick, easy-to-read lettering. A second birthday phrase appears across the lower part of the cake in a smooth, flowing style, standing out clearly against the frosting. The teal background is filled with floating balloons in pink, orange, and purple, some grouped close together like friends leaning in for a photo 🎉. Curled streamers loop between the balloons, while star-shaped confetti sparkles around them like tiny celebratory bursts. Along the bottom, a soft pink ground area holds scattered round confetti dots in mixed colors.
